RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR SAFIRE CANDLES
1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period by contacting: sales@safirecandles.com
Once you have notified us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Conditions of Return
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or supplied in error. Please ensure the reason for return is specified.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
3. Inspection of Returned Goods
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
You are permitted to handle and inspect goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, similar to how you might examine them in a retail store.
If goods show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.
For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been lit, burned or used may not be eligible for a full refund unless they are faulty.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of:
- Receiving the returned goods, or
- Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned (for example, proof of postage),
whichever occurs first.
We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until evidence of return has been provided, whichever is earliest.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
We will refund the cost of the goods and the original standard delivery charge (where applicable). Upgraded or express delivery services are non-refundable.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods (30 Days)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with details and photographs where possible.

We cannot accept returns for:
