Wickless Candle Care
For the first melt, allow the wax to melt evenly from edge to edge before switching off your candle warmer lamp. This helps create an even melt pool and supports the best performance from your candle.
Mini Wickless Candles: melt for a maximum of 2 hours at a time.
Other Wickless Candles: melt for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.
Allow the wax and vessel to cool completely before handling.
Candle Warmer Lamp Safety
Candle warmer lamps and candle vessels can become hot during use. The heat generated can vary depending on the bulb wattage and candle vessel, so please follow the guidance supplied with your candle and always follow the lamp manufacturer's instructions.
Place your candle warmer lamp on a stable, heat-resistant surface and allow the lamp and candle vessel to cool completely before touching or moving.
Candle Warmer Lamps are not manufactured by SaFire Candles.
Wicked Candle Care
For the first burn, allow your candle to burn for approximately 2-3 hours, allowing the surface wax to melt from edge to edge. This helps prevent tunnelling and promotes an even, efficient burn.
Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch. Never leave a burning candle unattended and allow the candle and vessel to cool completely before handling.
Artisan Wax Flowers
Our artisan wax flowers are decorative scented wax creations and are not candles. They must never be lit or placed beneath a candle warmer lamp.
To enjoy their fragrance, remove the wax flowers from the arrangement and melt a suitable amount in a wax burner. Do not overfill the burner dish.
Store your wax flowers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to help preserve their appearance and fragrance.
